Include the error category, approximate time, and which check failed. Never send passwords, API keys, private URLs, signed links, or confidential page content.

Common results

• Target rejected: only public HTTPS URLs on port 443 are supported.
• Incomplete: a timeout, size limit, response type, or request budget prevented one or more checks.
• Destination changed: validate again so the new origin appears in a fresh checkpoint.
• llms.txt warning: the file is optional, but a misleading HTML fallback is reported.
