Privacy policy

This policy explains how ASTUDIO handles information when you use any ASTUDIO plugin: PDF Table to Excel, GCC Arabic Writer, Ad Creative Lab, Growth Marketing Planner, AI Crawler Readiness Auditor, Editable Diagram Builder, Open Data Fetcher, Grounded Citations and Verified Buy Link.

Controller

The service publisher and data controller is ARAMAN ADVERTISING DMCC, trading as ASTUDIO, 403, 1 Lake Plaza, Cluster T, JLT, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What each plugin receives

PDF Table to Excel receives the PDF you explicitly select, its temporary download URL, basic file details and your requested output filename. It uses that information only to extract tables and create the requested workbook. The result app receives the filename, counts, worksheet metadata, up to five sample rows per table and the temporary output URL already returned by the tool. It makes no direct network request; your host mediates opening the download link.

GCC Arabic Writer sends only the brief or copy supplied to its deterministic MCP tools. Its brief app sends reviewed fields into chat only when you press the visible send button. Review actions send the visible revision or selection request you choose. The service normalizes briefs and checks literal preservation and transparent lint rules. It does not call an LLM, browse, persist submitted copy or facts, use browser storage, silently update model context or use them for training. ChatGPT and the bundled skill generate the writing.

Editable Diagram Builder receives the approved brief, semantic scene and bounded edits needed to validate, lay out and compile the requested diagram. Content is processed in memory and discarded after the response. Checkpoint tokens contain only a digest, timestamps and protocol version. The service has no database, object storage, analytics, external upload or automatic calls to any compatible editor.

Growth Marketing Planner receives only the planning brief, strategy choices and plan text you submit through its forms. They are processed in request memory to produce the three strategies and the exported plan and are not stored after the response. It makes no connection to marketing accounts, performs no scraping or tracking and sets no cookies.

AI Crawler Readiness Auditor receives the one public page address you submit and confirm. It fetches that page, its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt from the public internet to produce the audit and keeps no copy of the fetched content after the response. It does not access signed-in pages or change any website.

Open Data Fetcher receives your search terms, the dataset you choose and the columns or filters you select. It queries only US Data.gov, UK Data.gov.uk and World Bank Open Data, keeps a bounded preview in memory for the response and creates a temporary export file that expires; it accepts no credentials or arbitrary addresses.

Grounded Citations receives the source pages, attached documents or pasted text you supply, the quotes to verify and the draft to check. Extracted source text and the citation ledger are held in a volatile session that you can end at any time and that expires on its own; nothing is used for training and no web search is performed.

Verified Buy Link receives the product details and the product page addresses you paste and confirm. It fetches only those pages, and only where a documented access right and robots permission exist, to report evidence; it never buys, logs in, adds to cart or stores your details after the response.

Retention

PDF input bytes are processed in working memory for the duration of the request and are not intentionally saved to permanent storage. Generated workbooks are kept temporarily in server memory for no more than 15 minutes. A periodic expiration process removes them even when no later request occurs. GCC Arabic Writer does not retain submitted briefs, copy or facts. Privacy-safe operational events exclude submitted content, file URLs, filenames and user identifiers. Container logs are size-limited and rotated, but no fixed time-based deletion period is promised. Logs disappear when a retired service container is removed. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process.

Connection data

Our hosting and network providers may process basic connection metadata, such as IP address and request timing, to deliver and secure the service. We do not use plugin activity for behavioral profiling, advertising or sale.

Recipients and service providers

Data is processed by the plugin service and providers in the following categories: cloud hosting, content delivery, network security and the ChatGPT or Codex platform you choose to use. We do not sell personal data. We do not send PDF contents to advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

International processing

Service providers may process connection data in the United Arab Emirates, Europe, the United States or another location where they operate. ASTUDIO uses provider contracts and appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing where required.

Your controls

• You choose which file to provide.
• You can stop before invoking the conversion tool.
• Generated download links expire automatically.
• You can contact us through the support page to ask a privacy question or request deletion of any support record linked to you.

Security and limitations

We use file-size, page, output, timeout and concurrency limits. Spreadsheet formula prefixes are neutralized. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading highly sensitive, regulated or restricted data.

Ad Creative Lab

Ad Creative Lab has no database and does not retain briefs, concepts or exports. Approval receipts expire after 30 minutes. Service logs exclude raw prompts, brief content, ad copy, receipts and exports. Logs may retain a timestamp, tool name, duration, result status and anonymized correlation ID for up to 30 days. Do not submit customer records, account IDs, credentials, private performance reports or unpublished client strategy.

Other platforms

ChatGPT, Codex and their file systems operate under their own privacy terms. This policy covers the ASTUDIO plugin service only.

Changes

We may update this policy when the plugins or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
